Because our items are custom printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Ordering the wrong item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
You’re eligible for a replacement or refund if:

You receive the wrong product

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
If an item is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be provided instead.
Lost Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
